Balqees | Yemen – Specialized OYW Drying

The name Bilqees was inspired by the throne of Bilqis, a symbol of greatness and Yemen's ancient heritage. We named one of our most unique crops, after being a real challenge in OYW's journey to develop Yemeni treatments and access exceptional flavors.

Through OYW's specialized drying, we were able to bring out the character of this crop to deliver a balanced cup that combines sweetness, depth and aromaticism at the same time.
