This sublime Anaerobic Washed coffee comes from Daye Bensa’s Rumudamo Village Farm in Sidama, Ethiopia an origin celebrated for shaping the global reputation of Sidama coffee. The 74112 varietal is a defining feature of this site, helping Rumudamo stand out within the Daye Bensa network.

In the cup, it’s aromatic and floral, with a light, tea‑like mouthfeel that gives the profile a delicate elegance. Despite its clean and gentle texture, the coffee carries a concentrated depth of yellow‑fruit tones from start to finish.

Tasting Notes: Jasmine, Fig, Yellow Peach, Assam Black Tea, Grapefruit

Cup score:  90.25 ☕

Our previous releases from Daye Bensa have been very popular for their fruit-forward character and crisp mouthfeel. This one is no different. Check out some of our other Daye Bensa releases: Shantawene AnaerobicFruit Punch and Cherry Cola
